REFUND/CANCEL POLICY

For this reason, our Woman-Centered Coaching Masterclass is non-refundable.

We will provide a credit for other Evolving Wisdom courses within 10 days of the release of Module 1. To request a credit, before this date, email support@womancenteredcoaching.com with “Credit request” in the subject line.

The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant that exhibits disruptive behavior that is detrimental to any individuals and/or violates The Woman-Centered Coaching Masterclass’s Community and Network Shared Commitments.

The safety and confidentiality of the participant container in all participant connection points throughout the program is of utmost importance.

By respecting these guidelines, you are helping us to create a peer community that provides safety for all members and gives everyone the freedom to focus on their own continued growth.

You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use.

All programming, faculty and schedules are subject to change.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

As part of your tuition for The Woman-Centered Coaching Masterclass, you will have lifetime access to any materials for the life of this program. It is your responsibility to download the materials.

All materials, including but not limited to, templates, scripts, handouts, manuals, transcripts, processes and frameworks received during the program are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, resold or utilized for any other reason without written permission.

Also, by participating in The Woman-Centered Coaching Masterclass, you’re agreeing to allowing The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching the right to the use of your photographs, voice and picture, non-confidential comments, written expressions, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness (including any still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, or other media now in existence of hereafter developed), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.

You understand these images / sounds may be used for commercial, educational, or informational purposes. You shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, you waive any claims that any use of your photograph, image, and/or voice as permitted hereunder portrays you in a derogatory manner or false light and any right that you may have to inspect or approve of any of the deliverables or uses.
